description:  Like all damselfish, this is quite tough and not susceptible to disease or delicate. The damselfish is their strong territory behavior, where even larger newcomers to the pool are addressed. They quickly eat any food. In nature they usually live in small groups near or in acroporas where they find protection from large fish.
Experience with the attitude of Nils Neumaier:
A small, very beautiful, iridescent fish, which is probably only because of its wide distribution much less attractive than I think it really is.
The little ruffians are not afraid of any new fish and defend their little territories very cheekily against anyone who doesn't show them where to go. This applies to both conspecifics and newcomers.
Depending on the mood, the fish color from deep dark blue to shimmering light blue. I think there are real little gems in the basin that - if they were bigger - can outstrip any emperor.
I quickly formed a couple that spawns regularly in a cave. One of the two (which it is, I don't know) then defends the cave very vigorously, and is not afraid of my hand even if I am working nearby.
