A doctor fish that is very rare to find on the market and that actually becomes beautiful again with increasing age.
Years ago I could see an adult doctor swimming in Krefeld near Zoo Dittrich, looked really great because the colors on the dorsal fin were fully visible.
This example shown is from Tim Przezbor. At 20 cm it is not quite as big as other pedants of the Acanthurs family.
Is easy to hold when well acclimated, but usually needs a lot of plant food.
